Lower the body while breathing in and exhale when you have to get back up to the starting position. An easier version to start with is to bend your legs at the knees so you do not have to lift your whole body.

Bicycle crunches work effectively not only on your abs but also helps to tone your thighs. There are numerous crunch exercises for targeting the abs but bicycle crunch is a variation where you work more muscle groups together. Lie on floor with your hands behind your back. Now, try touching the left elbow to right knew and right elbow to left. Two sets of 10-20 repetitions of this exercise in the beginning can show wonders.

Exercise is a great mood buster which also helps to maintain weight and keep a check on your sleep. With exercise and proper diet you can get rid of those extra flab’s and start looking fab. You will sure take a little time to see the results but don’t lose heart, the result that you will see is sure to blow your mind away.
