Avoid cellphones & Social Networking: Because of their busy schedule at work many find themselves speaking to clients, dealing with customers on phone most of times. After work, they get engage on social networking to know about what is happening in other’s life, chatting, etc. Being already under the influence of stress, this may increase it to high level. In such situation, the best way is to disconnect yourself from social networking and avoid mobile phone for some time.
