It is a government aided deemed university which has been established in the Hamdard Nagar, New Delhi. The university has been accredited with ‘A’ grade by NAAC. The candidates can apply for admission from 4th week of March 2016 trough the university online admission Portal at http://jamia.mycollegeform.com/apply-now/.
It is advised to all the candidates who are interested to apply for admission to Jamia Hamdard University that they must check out the eligibility criteria in the information brochure carefully before starting to fill the application form. You need to make sure that the application form should be complete in all respect before submitting it. After submitting the admission application form, please save a copy of Application Form and Unique Application ID in your computer or take print out of it. Selection Procedure: The Jamia Hamdard University has following criteria for selection to the various programmes:
- The admission of candidates to all the undergraduate biological programs of study will be made on the basis of rank/score obtained by them in AIPMT-2016, subject to fulfilling other criteria.
- For selection to B. Tech. course, the candidate’s rank/score in JEE (Mains) 2016 will be considered.
- The University will conduct the entrance tests and/or Interviews for candidates to admission to other programs, with no more than 15% weightage given to marks in interview.
