IGNOU Exam Form Dec 2019
Students of Indira Gandhi National Open University will be able to fill up and submit IGNOU exam form Dec 2019 from 1st September 2019 to 31st October 2019 without any late fee charges.
The university will conduct Term-End examination for various Bachelor Degree and Master Degree programmes such as BDP, BA, B.Sc., B.Com, BCA, BPP, M.Com, MA, M.Sc., MBA, B.Ed., BSW, MSW, MCA, BTS, MTM, etc. Also, the examination will be conducted for Certificate and Diploma programmes as well.

Earlier, Apart from filling up the exam form online, the students were able to download application from the university official website, fill up and submit it to the respective Regional Centre along with demand draft of prescribed exam fee.But now, they do not have the option to fill up examination form via offline mode.
Eligibility to Fill up Ignou Exam Form
In Indira Gandhi National Open University, the students have to meet certain eligibility conditions before filling up Ignou exam form online or offline.
The students will be allowed to appear in the upcoming term end examination only if they follow the certain guidelines and conditions which have been mentioned below:
1) The registration for the courses should be valid for the programme for which student is going to fill up the examination form.
2) The minimum time required to pursue these courses should be elapsed. e.g. the student who has taken admission to the yearly based programme in January session cannot appear in June examination as the minimum time to study the course will not be elapsed in six months.
3) They need to submit the required no. of solved assignment(s) to their respected centre before filling up the exam form.
4) Before submitting the form, they need to duly authenticate it from the Coordinator/ Incharge of the Study Centre/ PSC/ PI, etc. to confirm that the assignments have been submitted by the student.
IGNOU Exam Fees 2019
The IGNOU exam fee is Rs.150/- per subject or course which has to be filled online along with submitting application form online.It should be noted that no other mode of exam fee submission is accepted in Indira Gandhi National Open University now. Students have to fill exam fees by online mode only by making use of Net Banking and Credit/ Debit Card.
How to pay IGNOU exam fees?
There are two methods by which students can pay their exam fee. If the student fills up the exam form online, then they have to pay the fee online as well by making use of their credit/debit card, net banking, etc.
IGNOU Exam Form Late Fee
Students have to pay late fee charges if they submit their examination form after the due date is over. From 1st September to 31st October, there are no late fee charges. However, if the student pay fees from 1st May to 10th May, then he/she has to pay Rs.1000/- extra.
IGNOU Exam Form Last Date
It’s really important for students of Indira Gandhi National Open University to fill up exam application form before the Ignou exam form last date. Otherwise, they have to pay the late fee charges if the last date of exam form submission passes away.
The late fee charges are same for both June and December examination. In the case of June exams, the students do not have to pay anything extra if they fill up their application form in the month of March.
In the month of May, they have to pay late fee charges of Rs.1000/- extra along with their total exam fee. 10th November is the last date to fill up December exam form.

The learners who have taken admission in January academic session in various year based programmes or those who have taken admission in July session in semester courses can appear in the upcoming December examination.They have to fill up IGNOU online exam form December 2019 to appear in upcoming examination.
In case, if any student gets fail in some subject then he or she can appear for the examination which will be conducted in next six months irrespective of the fact that in which semester he/she has taken admission.
If the student has already finished with the maximum duration of its discipline, then he/she cannot appear in the Term-end examination of any course until he gets re-register/ readmission for the same. If they still appear in the examination, their result would be withheld.
