Period of Posting: The initial contract term for Audit Consultant is three years, extendable for up to two more years at the Bank’s discretion. The contract can be terminated with one month’s notice on either side or salary and allowances (if any) in lieu thereof.
Scope of Work: As an Audit Consultant, your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting Risk-Based Internal Audit (RBIA), management audits, special audits, or any other audits with the Bank’s audit team.
- Coordinating with Concurrent Auditors for audit-related operational work.
- Preparing audit reports with comments/observations for compliance.
- Providing guidance to offices for ensuring satisfactory and adequate compliance.
- Monitoring audit compliance levels, closure of compliance reports, and coordination with offices for submission of compliance, and more.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Age Limit: Not more than 35 years as of August 01, 2023.
- Educational Qualification: Qualified Chartered Accountants from ICAI with active membership. Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, is preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years’ experience in audit functions/expertise with reputed CA firms/Banks/Financial Institutions/Reputed Corporates/Multinational Consulting firms. Applications without relevant experience/certificate will be summarily rejected
Remuneration: The remuneration will be market-linked and shall not be a limiting factor for the right candidate. The CTC and annual increment will depend on your present position, experience, emoluments, and place of posting.
Right to Raise/Modify Eligibility Criteria: The Bank reserves the right to raise/modify the eligibility criteria, including educational qualification and minimum work experience, to restrict the number of candidates to be called for the interview.
Selection Procedure: Selection will be through a Personal Interview, either online or offline. The Bank will undertake a preliminary screening of applications if necessary, to shortlist eligible candidates for the interview. Merit list for selection will be prepared based on interview scores, and a wait list may be drawn.
