Crunches are best exercise to reduce belly fat fastly. Crunches occupy number 1 position in fat-burning. It gives you result in just 15 days. Let’s see how to do it…
- Lie down flat on a mat with your knees bent and feet on the ground or legs can be lifted at 90 degrees. Lift your hands and keep them behind your head or they can be keep crossed over your chest.
- Inhale deep, lift your upper body off the floor, and exhale. Again inhale as you come down and exhale coming up.
- Do this for at least 10 time if you are a beginner and repeat another 2 or 3 sets.
After getting familiar with basic crunches now it’s time to learn some more effective twists in crunches.
- It is similar to normal crunches but just an advanced version of it. In crunches you have to lift your upper body but in twist crunches you have to lift your right shoulder towards the left, keeping left side of your torso on the ground.
- Again lift your lift shoulder towards right, keeping the right side of your torso on the ground.
- Repeat 10 times.
The bicycle exercise ranked as 1 because it requires abdominal stabilization, body rotation and more abdominal muscle activity.
- Lie flat on ground like done in crunches, you need to raise knees to your chest while lifting head and shoulders off the ground.
- Bring the right elbow to your left knee and straighten the right leg.
- Keep switching your legs and shoulders to continue pedaling like motion.
- Repeat 12-16 times.
Bending side to side
This is another perfect exercise to reduce belly fat quickly. Let’s learn to do it:
- Stand erect with a proper distance maintained between your legs and hands kept to the side.
- Bend your body to right as much as possible with your right hand on the hip and left hand stretched upwards. Hold this position fir at least 15 seconds.
- Come to your normal position. Now repeat the same for another side.
- Slowly increase your holding time to 30 seconds.
Walking and Running
Calories are burnt on doing exercises hence body fat percentage decreases. Running and Walking are also effective exercises. While the former burns more calories later is also not too far behind. Running and walking can be part of your interval training routine bur warm up and cool down must be done.
